Join Our Team
At Relational Therapy Collective, we are more than just a “traditional” group practice where individuals may often feel overlooked, unappreciated, and undervalued—we are a unified family of highly skilled, systemically-oriented clinicians. Our deep belief in the power of relationships reflects within our team, in the care we provide to our clients, in our active collaboration with external practitioners and providers, and in the way we engage with everyone around us. Our practice is a testament to the enduring bond created through shared passion, purpose, and embrace of the interconnected nature of all things. Just as couples and families find synergy in their connections, so does our team, embracing each member of our team and their unique abilities and essential roles that are vital to the strength and success of our practice.
We make it our utmost priority that our team members feel seen, valued, and supported, which is reflected in every aspect of their experience with us—from the aura within our practice, the competitive compensation and benefits they receive, and the high-quality practice standards we uphold. We seek clinicians who wish to grow roots with us and know that they are making meaningful contributions, becoming an integral part of our work family. The fruits of their labor acquired at our practice—skills, growth, insights, and experiences—will sustain and carry them forward beyond our profession/the field of marriage and family therapy and our doors. Our collaborative efforts contribute to a dynamic environment where systemic healing and meaningful change radiate within and beyond our practice. Join us on this journey of healing and growth, where the sum of our collective strengths creates a therapeutic experience that is truly greater than the sum of its parts.
